ABOUT THIS ITEM

You’re looking at a trading card featuring Bernie Kosar.

After taking the reins as the franchise quarterback, Kosar piloted one of the most successful eras in Cleveland Browns history.

During a spectacular 1986 campaign, he threw for 3,854 yards to lead the Browns to a 12-4 record and the top seed in the AFC.

As highlighted on the back of this card, his exceptional decision-making was on full display when he set a franchise record with a minuscule 1.88 interception ratio.

He cemented his local legend status that postseason by throwing for a then-NFL playoff record 489 yards in a thrilling double-overtime victory over the New York Jets.

This specific release is the classic 1987 Topps Football #80 card.

The card has been professionally authenticated and graded a flawless GEM MT 10 by Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), securely encapsulated in their tamper-evident holder.
